We’re a casual community of movie lovers who meet monthly to watch a film together and hang out afterwards to talk about it.

There are many ways to be a part of Fort Worth Movie Club. Sign up with your email to get updates on events & schedules. Join our Discord server to participate in polls that determine which movies we watch. Follow along on Instagram. Or, just show up and hang out.

Nope. The only cost is your own movie ticket (and whatever food/drinks you want at the hangout). The club itself is free.

We usually meet at a local theater for the movie, and then head to a nearby bar or café for post-movie hang outs.

Some of the theaters we frequent are AMC Clearfork 8 and AMC Palace 9.

Meetups vary, but we tend to meet at least twice a month.

The first meetup happens in the beginning of the month and the second meetup happens on the 3rd monday of the month.

We run polls on Discord, so members help decide what we watch together.

At the moment RSVP isn’t required for any events, just show up and have fun!

Not at all! A lot of members come solo. It’s a great way to meet new friends in Fort Worth.

We’ll share meetup details beforehand (time, location, what to look for).

Look out for someone in a Fort Worth Movie Club shirt or ask the group hanging out after the movie — we’re friendly!

Of course — the more the merrier.

Most movies are 18+, and typical hangout spots are 21+, depending on the venue. We’ll make that clear in advance.
